Ultrasonic Cleaning is a highly effective and recommended process for the cleaning Gun Barrels. The process of treating Guns with Ultrasonic Cleaning not only helps remove the organic debree & dirt from the barrel. First of all, we recognize that firearm owners are well aware of the importance of using brushes, sprays, pads and lubricants to clean their equipment after each use. But these manual methods are unlikely to access contaminants in cracks, crevices, blind holes and other restricted surfaces that if allowed to remain may interfere with the reliable operation or lower the value of firearms. Regularly scheduled sessions in an ultrasonic gun cleaner will remove these potentially harmful contaminants and residues missed by manual maintenance methods. The Process of Ultrasonic Cleaning enables water bubbles to agitate the contamination and help reach the imploding water bubbles into tiny cracks and crevices thereby cleaning the products & components. The bubbles are created by ultrasonic transducers bonded to the bottom of an ultrasonic gun cleaning tank and typically operate at frequencies such as 28 or 40 kHz (27,000 or 40,000 cycles per second). The imploding bubbles quickly and safely loosen and remove grease, powder residues, shavings and other contaminants that could interfere with reliable firearm operation. So tiny are the bubbles that they penetrate minute cracks, crevices and blind holes impossible to reach with conventional rifle and pistol cleaning tools, solvents and aerosols. The ultrasonic weapons cleaner will complete the job in approximately 10-15 minutes. If a number of firearms are being cleaned at the same time the cycle could be longer.
